From the moment you tour the facility, during the planning process, and all the way through the event, your experience will meet and surpass all expectations. Both the Isle and Quad-Cities Waterfront Convention CenterSM are premier venues in the Quad Cities.
A deposit is due with the return of the signed contract and event policy pages to secure any event space. All deposit monies are applied toward the final billing.
Cash Bar: Guests can purchase a selection of bottled beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soda with cash only.
Hosted Bar: Host/Sponsor is charged a fixed price per drink, based on consumption, which will be added to the final bill.
Cash and Hosted Bar: A combination of the two above. Specific beverages are available for cash purchase while others are charged to the host.
We have a fully customizable menu for our clients to choose from. If you would like catering from an outside vendor a per person cost will be applied and all outside caterers must possess appropriate licensing and insurance.
Room rental includes setup and teardown. Standard table linens, napkins, and tableware are also provided. Specialty items and audio visual equipment are available at an additional fee.

Yes. Both Waterfront Convention Center and Isle Center Ballroom are located on the first floor. The Waterfront Convention Center is also accessible via elevator or stairs from the 3rd floor of the hotel.
Yes, valet parking is available at our casino entrance.
